Graham Radler

CEO

As the chief steward of our vision, Graham maintains our focus on delivering exceptional generator runtime for our customers in support of achieving Baseline’s short and long-term business objectives. To meet our goals, he has nurtured a culture that is based on high trust, transparency, performance, hard work, and a passion for power generation.

Graham’s impact on customers is realized through their trust in our organization, brand, and people developed over the course of a decade of consistent execution as a temporary utility or long-term power partner. The service that Baseline delivers is second-to-none in terms of criticality, and we are honored that our customers consistently choose Baseline to meet their electric power needs.

In addition to his work at Baseline, Graham’s fifteen-year career spans working on offshore oil platforms in the Gulf of Mexico, crunching numbers and making corporate buyout presentations on Wall Street, and assisting with the startup of a water well ministry in South Sudan to serve those in extreme need. He was a 2019 Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year nominee, highlighting the rapid success of Baseline that he attributes to faithful and hardworking team members.

Also attributable to Baseline’s success is the strong and unified Board and ownership group that is truly first-class. Through their shared leadership and our management team’s ability to execute, Baseline has distinguished itself as a top-tier service company in our peer group that continues to innovate with new platforms and technology-focused electric power solutions.

Graham completed his undergrad at Southern Methodist University and earned his MBA from Texas Christian University, following up with a Graduate Certificate in Finance from SMU. His education in the oilfield services school of hard knocks is ongoing.

Bradford Remley

COO

Over the past 17 years in oil field services, Brad Remley, President and COO of Baseline Energy Services has developed a passion for leadership, team engagement, and accountability.  With a diverse background of experience ranging from accounting & finance to field operations, Brad has been able to drive value for the organizations he leads and the team members and customers he serves.

Brad completed his undergraduate degree at Sam Houston State University with a BBA in Accounting. His vision and experience prior to Baseline has been shaped by very productive careers at KPMG and Archrock.

Baseline has become a trusted partner in the power generation space led by a service 1st culture, backed by fantastic team members, like Brad, with a deep understanding of operations and a commitment to building an organization that lives our core values of safety, excellence, stewardship, responsibility, communication, trust, and leadership.

While our commitment to customer service is 24/7/365, Brad loves spending time with his family, dabbles in the real estate rental market, and enjoys home renovation projects.

Mark McCaghren

CFO

As the finance and accounting leader at Baseline, Mark’s impact is felt throughout the organization, from human resources and sales to procurement and operations. He ensures that each team member understands and acts thoughtfully towards achieving the company’s financial goals while maintaining Baseline’s status as a top-tier electric power provider.

Mark plays a significant role in advancing Baseline’s in-house financial and accounting capabilities. In Baseline’s continuous improvement environment, he designs and reconfigures processes that improve our reporting and forecasting abilities along with supporting team member growth and keeping everyone aligned on clear goals. Notably, Mark led the effort to close a major credit facility for Baseline in January of 2020 and played a key role in the multi-phase implementation of a new company-wide ERP system.

Mark is a Certified Public Accountant, serves on the board of the Council of Petroleum Accountants Society, is a member of several other professional organizations, and holds a BBA in Accounting and an MBA from Texas A&M University-Commerce.

Josh Mueggenborg

VP, Sales & Marketing

An infectiously positive attitude and a commitment to delivering the optimal solution for the customer has powered Josh’s success throughout his fourteen years of selling in the oil and gas industry. His ability to always show up with an unmatched level of enthusiasm and dedication to make it right propels the entire Baseline team forward and generates lifelong customers.

Prior to his time at Baseline, Josh served as the Vice President of Energy for a major fuel and lubricant solutions provider, leading a team of over forty sales representatives generating over a billion dollars in annual revenue. Josh’s experience and relationships span the entire continental U.S., and he has successfully navigated several market downturns, mergers, and acquisitions in positions of leadership.

Guided by his values of Faith, Family, and Hard Work, (in that order) Josh leads an exemplary life. He enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children, golfing, hunting, and giving back to his personal and professional communities through participation in industry organizations, fundraising events, and knowledge sharing.

Brandon Bush

VP of NA Operations

An innovative and supportive Operations Leader with 25 years of experience in Oil and Gas completions operations and logistics services.  Brandon has found success by leading with people at the forefront and focusing on Safety and Customer Service.  His unyielding enthusiasm for solving technical challenges with our Operations Teams and Customer success is second to none.  He loves to support Teams and Customers on location and truly has 24/7 dedication.

Before Baseline, Brandon has served across all levels of Operations leadership in Completions and technical services, including VP of Operations working with over 700 Team Members nationally and transacting $500MM in revenue annually.  He has experience across all major basins and understands each market’s operations and logistics challenges to navigate a path to successful customer support.

In his off time, Brandon spends time with family including his new granddaughter.  He’s an intense MLB fan who will always try to catch a game whenever possible, and continues to be a student of mathematics and data analytics.

Brad Worley

Director of IT

Serving as the IT Director, Brad is leading the Baseline IT transformation through established portfolio/project management, process improvements, system selection and integrations, and leveraging data to the fullest potential to support the Baseline Energy growth. Prior to Baseline, Brad served in senior IT leadership roles that provided IT transformation and portfolio management across diverse industries from start up to Fortune 500 companies leading large domestic and offshore teams. Through extensive experience as a consultant, in-house leader, and customer, Brad is an innovative thinker and leader that has helped companies select vendors, manage mergers/acquisitions, develop IT infrastructures, develop Business Intelligence/Performance Analytics strategies, and deliver business alignment strategies and approaches. He has performed in-depth assessments to identify improvements in system effectiveness and efficiency, improved cost savings, automated processes and systems, maximized productivity, and improved ROI. Brad is a certified change leader with the PMP, CSM, SAFe, ITIL, Sign Sigma certifications and serves in other non-profit leadership roles as well. A proud graduate of Stephen F Austin State University, Brad is centered on faith, family, and trust. His focus is on hard work and serving others to accomplish more together than alone. On his free days, he enjoys a good adventure anywhere outdoors on a trail, bike, or boat.

Noel Smith

Director of HR

Noel is a intuitive and natural leader of teams, communication, and culture.  She joined Baseline in February of 2023 as the Director of Human Resources. Her drive to ensure that all Team Members, Leaders, and Managers are equipped with everything needed to fulfill their responsibilities has fueled her over 10 years’ experience in the manufacturing and the oil and gas industries.

Her desire for Baseline is to drive and foster career engagement, leadership development at all levels of the business, and develop the HR Department to keep pace with the company’s rapidly changing needs. Whether it’s job recruiting, company benefits, or employee relations and engagement, Noel is a dedicated HR leader and SHRM Certified Professional who helps keep Baseline in an encouraging, culture positive and team-oriented atmosphere.

The passion for creating a Best-in-class work environment make Noel’s place in Baseline unparalleled, and her attention to detail superb. When not caring for her company team, Noel enjoys shopping for the newest trending fashions and spending quality time with her two sons.

Amie Combs

Director of HSE

Baseline’s director of HSE, Amie is a results-focused and solutions-oriented leader with 25+ years of experience and demonstrated success in leading, orchestrating, implementing, and maintaining all environmental, health, and safety programs, policies, and procedures for entire organizations. She possesses specialist expertise in conducting incident investigations, guiding staff in root cause analysis, and implementing corrective action measures. She is skilled in partnering with government agencies and managing reporting requirements to Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and Department of Transportation (DOT). She is currently pursuing an MBA degree from Texas A&M Commerce. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Safety from University of Central Oklahoma. She also has an Associates in Applied Science Degree in Emergency Medical Technology/Paramedic. Amie developed herself professionally through multiple courses and trainings, including OSHA Trainer, OSHA 30, IADC Rig Pass Instructor, Confined Space Instructor, Fall Protection Competent Person Instructor, and Tap Root Cause Analysis Lead Investigator. Amie is an active member of American Society of Safety of Safety Professionals (ASSP), Women in Safety Engineering (WISE), Society of Women Engineers (SWE), and Mid-Continent Exploration Production Safety Network (MCEPS).
