Our mission is to deliver exceptional generator runtime for customers.
Since 2012, Baseline has provided temporary electric power solutions to the oil and gas and mining industries. Our solutions reduce electric power costs, improve the uptime of critical equipment, and decarbonize customer operations by utilizing raw and refined natural gas fuels to generate electric power on-site. Graham Radler
CEO
Graham serves as CEO of Baseline Energy Services, where he leads the company’s strategic direction and cultivates a culture of trust, transparency, performance, and innovation. Under his leadership, Baseline continues to be a top-tier service provider known for its operational excellence and long-term customer partnerships. Prior to Baseline, Graham’s 15-year career spanned offshore oil platform operations, financial services on Wall Street, and humanitarian work in South Sudan.
Graham was a 2019 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year nominee. He earned his Bachelor’s from Southern Methodist University, an MBA from Texas Christian University, and a Graduate Certificate in Finance from SMU.

Kevin Palma
CFO
Kevin serves as CFO of Baseline Energy Services and is responsible for the oversight of the capital structure initiatives to facilitate the company’s growth ambitions within its commercial and industrial platform in addition to its legacy oil and gas division. In addition, Kevin leads the shared services operations of Baseline, including information technology, accounting, financial planning and analysis, information technology, human resources, and supply chain. Prior to Baseline, Kevin was the Chief Operating Officer for a private equity fund focused on energy investments, predominantly in the oilfield services space. He was initially hired as the Chief Financial Officer of both this private equity fund and the family office, which represented the largest limited partner within the fund. His board experience has included Caliber Completion Services, Silver Creek Exploration III, and Crest Pumping Technologies.
In his spare time, Kevin tremendously enjoys being around his family, and he actively participates in church and community causes. He is licensed as a CPA in the State of Texas.

Baseline opens a facility and hires a team in northern Oklahoma to service oil and gas operators in the Mississippi Lime, Scoop, and Stack plays in the Mid-Continent
2014 • Monahans, Texas
Baseline begins providing service to the Permian Basin with operations based out of Pecos
Baseline develops a proprietary H2S treating system to sweeten sour gas and create new avenues to use wellhead gas to power NG generators
Baseline raises equity with an early stage minority equity partner; adds new credit facility to help grow fleet
2015 • Floresville, Texas
Operations expand to the Eagle Ford with a new facility and expanded team in South Texas
Baseline relocates Permian facilities to Monahans with expanded team and facility
2016 • Midland, Texas
Baseline successfully operates its first large-scale, engineered natural gas microgrid at over 10 MW (10,000 kW) in size for a Permian customer
Baseline raises additional capital with a minority growth equity partner
Baseline opens a Central Repair Facility to handle all major generator repairs internally
2017 • Carlsbad, New Mexico
Service territory for the Permian Basin expanded with new facility and expanded team in New Mexico
Baseline completes the acquisition and integration of a small diesel fleet, adding high quality assets to the fleet and offering expanded capabilities to customers
2018 • Greeley, Colorado
Operations expand to the DJ Basin with a new facility and team
Baseline achieves continued strong growth along with enhanced operational execution
Baseline launches a dedicated technical training and development program for field service technicians
2019 • Cotulla, Texas
Baseline acquires and successfully integrates the fleet of a competing South Texas NG power generation rental business, adding additional high quality fleet and customers
Baseline executes and integrates a sale-leaseback transaction for NG power generation equipment with a large oil and gas operator, adding additional high quality fleet
Baseline launches a Research and Development team focused on product development and technology integration

Baseline launches a dedicated Automation and Control Room Team to remotely monitor real-time generator information through a cloud-based telemetry system, significantly enhancing the customer experience
Baseline begins offering natural gas generator rental services to commercial and industrial customers
Service territory for the Permian Basin expanded with additional facility in Midland (Baseline now has three total facilities in Permian Basin: Midland, Monahans, Carlsbad)
2024 • Roosevelt, Utah
Baseline opens a new facility to expand service coverage to the Uinta Basin. The new facility will be equipped to further contribute to the maintenance and repair of the company’s mobile power generators of 17kW, 235kW, and 350kW.
