Graham Radler serves as Chief Executive Officer of Baseline Energy Services, where he leads the company’s strategic vision, growth initiatives, and operational execution. He is focused on building a culture grounded in trust, transparency, accountability, and innovation while positioning Baseline as a leading provider of reliable power and energy solutions. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its capabilities, strengthened long-term customer partnerships, and established a reputation for operational excellence across demanding and mission-critical environments.
Graham brings a diverse professional background spanning energy operations, financial services, and international humanitarian work. Prior to leading Baseline, his career included offshore oil platform operations, financial services experience on Wall Street, and humanitarian initiatives in South Sudan. This combination of operational, financial, and leadership experience has shaped his practical, results-oriented approach to business and organizational growth.
Graham was nominated for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year Award in 2019. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University, a Master of Business Administration from Texas Christian University, and a Graduate Certificate in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
Kevin Palma serves as Chief Financial Officer of Baseline Energy Services, where he leads the company’s financial strategy and capital structure initiatives in support of Baseline’s continued growth across its Commercial & Industrial platform and Oil & Gas operations. In addition to overseeing corporate finance, Kevin leads the company’s shared services functions, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, information technology, human resources, and supply chain operations.
Kevin brings extensive leadership experience across energy, private equity, and operational management. Prior to joining Baseline, he served as Chief Operating Officer of a private equity fund focused on energy investments, primarily within the oilfield services sector. He previously held the role of Chief Financial Officer for both the private equity fund and its affiliated family office, representing the fund’s largest limited partner. Throughout his career, Kevin has provided strategic oversight and governance through board positions with Caliber Completion Services, Silver Creek Exploration III, and Crest Pumping Technologies.
Kevin completed executive education at Harvard Business School and holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Public Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Texas.
Brian Green serves as President, Oil & Gas, for Baseline Energy Services, where he leads the company’s Oil & Gas division with responsibility for operational performance, strategic growth, safety, and customer delivery. He works closely with field leadership, commercial teams, and support functions to strengthen Baseline’s market position while delivering reliable, cost-effective power solutions for customers operating in demanding environments.
Brian brings extensive leadership experience in the energy industry, with a background in operational performance, business growth, and customer-focused execution. Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing teams, strengthened field operations, and delivered disciplined business results across complex operating environments. His leadership approach emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Baylor University and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas Permian Basin.
John Kleba serves as Executive Vice President, Commercial & Industrial, for Baseline Energy Services, where he leads the development and growth of the company’s Commercial & Industrial division. He focuses on expanding Baseline’s reach into new markets and applications, building scalable power solutions, strengthening customer relationships, and positioning the company as a trusted provider of distributed energy solutions.
John brings more than 30 years of experience in the power generation and energy industry. Prior to joining Baseline, he held senior leadership roles at Global Power Supply, including Chief Commercial Officer and Senior Vice President of Sales Operations, where he led sales, marketing, and business development efforts. His career also includes key roles with Square D, Exide Technologies, and FIAMM Technologies.
John holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Florida State University.
Matt Chapman serves as Senior Vice President, Head of Operations, for Baseline
Energy Services, where he leads the company’s operational strategy and
execution across field services, maintenance, and fleet performance. He focuses
on driving operational excellence, standardizing processes, building scalable
systems, and supporting Baseline’s continued growth while ensuring safe,
reliable, and efficient service delivery for customers.
Matt brings a diverse leadership background spanning military aviation,
technical operations, and business management. Prior to joining Baseline, he
served as a UH-60 Black Hawk Standardization Instructor and Crew Chief in the
U.S. Army, where he developed expertise in leadership, operational discipline,
precision execution, and complex systems management. Following his military
service, he led a nationwide team of Project Managers and Technical Specialists
in the event production industry, where he developed the industry’s first
Technical Standards program and implemented standardized processes to
improve operational consistency and scalability.
Matt studied Business Management at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and
continues to pursue professional development focused on Lean Six Sigma
methodologies, operational excellence, and leadership development.
Cory Smith serves as Vice President of Supply Chain and Fleet for Baseline Energy
Services, where he leads the company’s procurement, sourcing, inventory, fleet,
and broader supply chain strategy. He is focused on building scalable processes,
strengthening supplier partnerships, optimizing fleet operations, and ensuring
the efficient delivery of equipment and services that support Baseline’s continued
growth.
Cory brings more than thirty years of experience across the oil and gas services
and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Baseline, he served as Director of
Supply Chain Management for Black Mountain Sand and held leadership
positions with Pilot Thomas Logistics and Halliburton. Throughout his career, he
has built and transformed supply chain organizations across procurement,
materials, logistics, sourcing, and pricing, helping organizations improve
operational efficiency, strengthen supplier performance, and support strategic
growth across complex operating environments.
Cory holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science and Business Administration
from Tarleton State University. His extensive experience in supply chain
leadership and operational management supports Baseline’s commitment to
delivering reliable solutions and exceptional customer service.
Brad Worley serves as Vice President, Technology and Project Management, for Baseline Energy Services, where he leads the company’s technology transformation through portfolio and project management, process improvement, system selection and integration, and data-driven initiatives. He focuses on strengthening Baseline’s technology infrastructure, improving business processes, supporting system scalability, and leveraging data to support the company’s continued growth.
Brad brings extensive experience in IT leadership, technology transformation, and portfolio management across diverse industries. Prior to joining Baseline, he held senior IT leadership roles with organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies, where he led domestic and offshore teams and supported large-scale transformation initiatives. His career also includes experience in consulting, vendor selection, mergers and acquisitions, IT infrastructure development, business intelligence, performance analytics, and business alignment strategies.
Brad holds a degree from Stephen F. Austin State University. He is a Project Management Professional and holds certifications in Scrum, Six Sigma, ITIL, compensation, and benefits.
Coty Greer serves as Director of Reliability & Quality for Baseline Energy Services,
where he leads initiatives focused on equipment reliability, quality standards,
maintenance programs, and operational performance. He is responsible for
developing processes and programs that support safe, efficient, and dependable
operations while helping ensure consistent service delivery across the
organization.
Coty brings more than thirty years of experience in natural gas compression, field
operations, asset management, and environmental compliance. Prior to joining
Baseline, he held multiple leadership roles with Enerflex, including Director of
Asset Management and Environmental Compliance and Director of Field
Operations. Throughout his career, he has led fleet reliability programs,
maintenance initiatives, emissions compliance efforts, and operational teams
across multiple regions, helping organizations improve performance, reliability,
and customer satisfaction.
Coty’s extensive experience across technical, operational, and leadership roles
provides a practical perspective on maintaining high standards of reliability,
quality, and operational excellence.
Ashley Overton serves as Director of Health, Safety & Environmental for Baseline Energy Services, where she leads HSE strategy, programs, and continuous improvement initiatives. She is focused on strengthening safety performance, advancing environmental practices, and supporting operational excellence across the organization.
Ashley brings more than nineteen years of HSE experience, including over a decade in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining Baseline, she served as North America Regional EHSS Manager for Dura-Line and spent more than seven years with Pioneer Natural Resources in progressive HSE roles. Her experience includes program development, compliance, process improvement, organizational change management, and building strong safety cultures across energy and manufacturing environments.
Ashley holds an Associate of Science in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University and attended Purdue for Business Administration. She also completed Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Principles certifications through Purdue University and holds ESP and CSHO credentials from The University of Texas at Arlington.
Noel is a intuitive and natural leader of teams, communication, and culture. She joined Baseline in February of 2023 as the Director of Human Resources. Her drive to ensure that all Team Members, Leaders, and Managers are equipped with everything needed to fulfill their responsibilities has fueled her over 10 years’ experience in the manufacturing and the oil and gas industries.
Her desire for Baseline is to drive and foster career engagement, leadership development at all levels of the business, and develop the HR Department to keep pace with the company’s rapidly changing needs. Whether it’s job recruiting, company benefits, or employee relations and engagement, Noel is a dedicated HR leader and SHRM Certified Professional who helps keep Baseline in an encouraging, culture positive and team-oriented atmosphere.

Nate Sutton serves as Director of Solutions for Baseline Energy Services, where he leads the development of scalable power solutions for commercial and industrial customers. He is focused on aligning technical design, commercial strategy, and operational execution to deliver reliable, value-driven solutions. His role includes strengthening proposal development, enhancing cross-functional collaboration, and driving process improvements across the Solutions organization.
Nate brings more than twenty years of leadership experience spanning operations, sales, business process management, and strategic planning. Prior to joining Baseline, he served as Vice President of Solutions for Global Power Supply, where he led initiatives involving inventory optimization, pricing strategy, process improvement, and Salesforce-driven business systems. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing teams and improved collaboration across sales, engineering, finance, and operations.
Nate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. His background in commercial leadership, operations, and solution development supports Baseline’s work delivering practical power solutions for complex customer needs.
